Functional intestinal disorders are common gastrointestinal disorders in young children, their diagnosis is based on the Rome IV criteria. Today, the difference of the intestinal microbiota in functional intestinal disorders in young children is being actively investigated. The relationship between intestinal microbiota disturbances and functional intestinal disorders in young children opens promising therapeutic and prophylactic possibilities for the use of probiotics. The material is prepared with the assistance of the Sandoz Ukraine company.
